Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the flour and mix until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
  4. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large open star tip.
  5. Pipe flower shapes onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
