Description

These 3-Ingredient Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups are a healthy and simple snack made with just strawberries, honey, and lemon juice. Perfect for kids and adults alike, they’re naturally sweet, chewy, and easy to make in the oven or dehydrator.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175-200°F (or the lowest setting possible).
  2. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  3. In a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Bake for 4-6 hours, or until the fruit is no longer sticky and can be easily peeled away.
  6. Let cool, then peel off and cut into strips. Roll with parchment paper if desired.

Notes

  • You can use frozen strawberries, just thaw them first.
  • Store the roll-ups in an airtight container for up to one week.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste depending on your strawberries.
