Description

A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate pie made with just three simple ingredients – perfect for a quick and easy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 (6oz) pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8oz) tub of Cool Whip (thawed in fridge)
  • 6 regular sized Hershey’s Chocolate Bars (about 9 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Break apart the Hershey’s Chocolate Bars and place them in a microwave-safe bowl, setting a few squares aside for garnish.
  2. Microwave the chocolate in 20-30 second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  3. Add the thawed Cool Whip to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Use a cheese grater to garnish the top with the reserved chocolate pieces.
  6. Refrigerate and chill for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
