Ingredients

- 1 cup baby spinach
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts (or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 medjool date (pitted)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- pinch cinnamon
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the banana, spinach, hemp hearts, coconut water, coconut milk, date, matcha powder, cinnamon, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend on high for about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
