Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into thin strips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- Place sliced chicken, peppers, and onions on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread everything in a single layer and bake for 20–25 minutes, tossing once halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
