Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (120g) custard powder
  • 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the custard powder and all-purpose flour to the mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
