Description

This 5 Layer Oreo Lasagna is a rich, creamy no-bake dessert made with layers of crushed Oreos, sweetened cream cheese, chocolate pudding, whipped topping, and chocolate chips. It’s perfect for parties, holidays, or any occasion where you want to impress with a decadent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of regular Oreos (36 cookies)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cold milk
  • 1 (12 oz) tub Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 (3.9 oz) packages chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 1/4 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust. Place in the fridge to set.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in 1 and 1/4 cups of Cool Whip. Spread this layer evenly over the crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and 3 1/4 cups cold milk until thickened. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Let the dessert rest for 5 minutes to allow the pudding to firm up, then spread the remaining Cool Whip on top.
  6. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the final whipped topping layer.
  7. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute vanilla pudding or other flavors if preferred.
  • Use a food processor for the finest Oreo crumb texture.
