Description

These 6-ingredient flourless fudge brownies are rich, gooey, and incredibly chocolatey, made without any flour or oil. Naturally gluten-free and easy to prepare, they come together in one bowl for the ultimate fudgy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond butter (smooth, unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, eggs, and baking soda. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and allow them to firm up as they cool.
  • You can substitute almond butter with cashew butter or peanut butter.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
