Description
These 6-ingredient flourless fudge brownies are rich, gooey, and incredibly chocolatey, made without any flour or oil. Naturally gluten-free and easy to prepare, they come together in one bowl for the ultimate fudgy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond butter (smooth, unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, eggs, and baking soda. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and allow them to firm up as they cool.
- You can substitute almond butter with cashew butter or peanut butter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- These brownies freeze well for up to 2 months.
