Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1–2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey (plus more for drizzling)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
