These Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They’re quick, easy, and make a great side dish or base for a loaded potato meal.
Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry with a towel.
- Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle sea salt all over.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a fork—if it slides in easily, they’re done.
- Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice open and serve with desired toppings.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the potatoes and your air fryer model.
- For extra crispy skin, don’t wrap the potatoes in foil.
