Description

These Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They’re quick, easy, and make a great side dish or base for a loaded potato meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry with a towel.
  2. Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle sea salt all over.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness by piercing with a fork—if it slides in easily, they’re done.
  6. Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice open and serve with desired toppings.

Notes

  • Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the potatoes and your air fryer model.
  • For extra crispy skin, don’t wrap the potatoes in foil.
  • Add your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese, chives, or bacon bits.
