Description
These air fryer biscuits are fluffy, buttery, and cook in less than 10 minutes! Made with just 3 ingredients, they are perfect for a quick breakfast or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it several times until smooth.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the biscuits in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the biscuits for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and brush with melted butter, if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can make your own by mixing 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- You can use any plain yogurt, but Greek yogurt gives the best texture.
- Leftover biscuits can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, air fry at 300°F for 2-3 minutes.
