Description

These air fryer biscuits are fluffy, buttery, and cook in less than 10 minutes! Made with just 3 ingredients, they are perfect for a quick breakfast or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it several times until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  5. Place the biscuits in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry the biscuits for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and brush with melted butter, if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can make your own by mixing 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • You can use any plain yogurt, but Greek yogurt gives the best texture.
  • Leftover biscuits can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, air fry at 300°F for 2-3 minutes.
