Ingredients

  • 8 oz cooked pasta (rigatoni or bowtie)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cooled pasta with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Spread the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  6. Remove from air fryer, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
