Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked pasta (rigatoni or bowtie)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, toss the cooled pasta with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Remove from air fryer, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Adjust buffalo sauce amount for more or less heat.
- Best served fresh for maximum crispiness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in air fryer to crisp up again.
