Description
These Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, chewy, and perfectly golden brown with melty chocolate chips. Quick to make without heating the whole oven—perfect for small batches or a quick dessert fix.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Stir in the baking soda, salt, and flour until the dough comes together.
- Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or use silicone liners.
- Scoop cookie dough into 2-tablespoon-sized balls and place them into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Air fry at 300°F for 7–8 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are just set.
- Let cookies cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
