Description

These Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, chewy, and perfectly golden brown with melty chocolate chips. Quick to make without heating the whole oven—perfect for small batches or a quick dessert fix.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy.
  2. Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Stir in the baking soda, salt, and flour until the dough comes together.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or use silicone liners.
  6. Scoop cookie dough into 2-tablespoon-sized balls and place them into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  7. Air fry at 300°F for 7–8 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are just set.
  8. Let cookies cool in the basket for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
