Description

Quick and easy Air Fryer Corn on the Cob that’s perfectly roasted and full of flavor. A simple side dish ready in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked and trimmed
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Butter, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray the corn with nonstick cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning the corn halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with butter.

Notes

  • You can add herbs or parmesan for extra flavor.
  • Check the corn after 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
