Quick and easy Air Fryer Corn on the Cob that’s perfectly roasted and full of flavor. A simple side dish ready in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked and trimmed
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Butter, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray the corn with nonstick cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning the corn halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with butter.
Notes
- You can add herbs or parmesan for extra flavor.
- Check the corn after 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Use vegan butter to make it dairy-free.
