Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Transfer shrimp to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
