Description
These Air Fryer Noodles are a quick and crispy Indo-Chinese inspired dish made with cooked noodles, colorful vegetables, and flavorful sauces. Perfect as a snack or a meal, they’re crunchy, spicy, and super easy to make in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pack (150-200g) noodles, boiled
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, green)
- 1/4 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup onions, sliced
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the noodles as per package instructions. Drain and let them cool.
- In a large bowl, add the boiled noodles, bell peppers, carrots, cabbage, and onions.
- Add soy sauce, schezwan sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, oil, and salt. Mix everything well to coat the noodles and vegetables evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the noodle mixture in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper or a mesh tray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket every 4-5 minutes to ensure even crisping.
- Once the noodles are crispy and golden, remove and serve hot.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of noodles – Hakka, ramen, or spaghetti.
- Adjust spice level by varying the amount of schezwan and chili sauce.
- Cut vegetables uniformly for even cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary.
- Noodles should be cooled completely before air frying to avoid sticking.
