Description

Air Fryer Nutella Bombs are a quick and delicious dessert that combines the creamy indulgence of Nutella with a perfectly crisp, golden pastry exterior. With a hint of sweetness and the convenience of an air fryer, these little bites of heaven are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings in no time.

Ingredients

1 can of biscuit dough (8-count)

1/4 cup Nutella (or more if you prefer)

2 tbsp melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  3. Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each dough piece.
  4. Fold the dough over the Nutella to form a ball, pinching the edges to seal it.
  5. Brush each Nutella bomb with melted butter.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the buttered dough balls.
  7. Place the Nutella bombs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
  8. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 6-8 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  9. Remove the bombs from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  1. This recipe makes about 8 Nutella bombs.
  2. These are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days.
  3. You can substitute Nutella with other spreads like peanut butter, chocolate ganache, or caramel.
  4. If you want a vegan version, use dairy-free butter and a plant-based chocolate spread.
  5. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F for about 2-3 minutes or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
