Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 1/2 cup Nutella or other hazelnut spread
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a small spoonful of Nutella in the center of each square.
- Fold each square into a triangle and press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place the turnovers in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
