Description

These crispy air fryer potato wedges are perfectly seasoned and golden brown on the outside while tender on the inside. They’re a healthier alternative to deep-fried wedges and make a great snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the Russet potatoes thoroughly, then cut each potato into wedges by first cutting in half lengthwise, then into quarters, and finally into eighths.
  2. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl and cover them with cold water. Let them soak for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley until evenly coated.
  5. Place the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
