Description

Crispy and golden air fryer ravioli make the perfect appetizer or snack. These are easy to prepare, lightly breaded, and cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a delicious twist on traditional ravioli.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of store-bought ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. If using frozen ravioli, allow them to thaw according to package instructions.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  3. Coat each ravioli in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally dredge in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the basket without overlapping.
  6. Spray the tops of the ravioli with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
  7. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
