Description

These Air Fryer Salmon Bites are perfectly seasoned, tender on the inside, and crispy on the outside. Ready in just 10 minutes, they make a quick and flavorful main dish for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets (about four 4-oz salmon fillets)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked or sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (or more to taste)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If needed, preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Remove the skin from the salmon and slice into 1-inch chunks. Place the salmon pieces into a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, cayenne, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer, leaving space between each piece. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and lightly crispy on the edges.
