Description

These almond flour protein bagels are soft, chewy, and perfect for a low-carb lifestyle. Made with simple ingredients, they are gluten-free and packed with protein for a satisfying breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • Everything bagel seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a log and shape into a ring to form bagels.
  5. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake for 20–22 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack before serving.

  • For extra browning, brush the tops with a beaten egg before baking.
