Ingredients
- 1 (9 oz) bag of frosted animal cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- Sprinkles (optional, for decorating)
Instructions
- Place the frosted animal cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- Add the softened cream cheese and blend until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze the truffle balls for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20–30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper.
- Decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets, if desired.
- Let the truffles set completely before serving or storing in the fridge.
