Ingredients

  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped apple, frozen banana, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of milk.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
