Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker smoothie)
Instructions
- Add the chopped apple, frozen banana, oats, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey (if using) to a blender.
- Add the Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
