Description

A quick and easy single-serving apple crumble recipe made in the microwave. Perfect for a cozy dessert with minimal effort and ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the apple into small pieces.
  2. Add cinnamon powder, lemon juice, and 1 tsp brown sugar to the chopped apple and mix well.
  3. Transfer the apple mixture into a microwave-safe ramekin or small bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, oats, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, and butter. Use your fingers to mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  5. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the apple mixture in the ramekin.
  6. Microwave for 2–3 minutes until the apple is soft and the topping is cooked.
  7. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes before serving. Optionally, serve with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes
