Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or 70% cocoa chocolate)

- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler, or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the melted chocolate, avocados, almond milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more maple syrup or honey if desired.
- Scoop the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set and chill.
- Serve chilled with toppings like berries, coconut flakes, or whipped cream if desired.
