Ingredients
- 3 cups corn (fresh, canned, or frozen and thawed)
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Prepare the corn by cooking if needed, then allow it to cool completely.
- Dice the avocados and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
- In a large bowl, combine the corn, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
