Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into rounds about 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.
