Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the top of each chicken breast.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
