Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the greased baking dish.
