Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the greased baking dish.
- Evenly spoon the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked and breadcrumbs are golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve hot.
