Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir the honey and vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.
- Prepare two serving glasses or jars for layering the parfaits.
- Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas followed by several raspberries.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
- Repeat the layers of yogurt, bananas, raspberries, and granola until the glasses are filled.
- Top with extra raspberries, chopped almonds, and an additional drizzle of honey if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
