- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups apple pie filling, chopped
- Caramel sauce for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the cubed bread evenly across the baking dish. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until fully combined.
- Fold in the chopped apple pie filling. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes, pressing down gently to ensure all bread is soaked.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to absorb the liquid fully.
