- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add water and whisk until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and stir to coat completely.
- Arrange the battered cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil.
- Remove cauliflower from the oven, toss with the buffalo sauce mixture, and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until crispy and browned.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes

- You can use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version.
