Description

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a healthier, vegetarian alternative to traditional buffalo wings. Made by roasting cauliflower florets coated in a spiced batter and then tossing them in buffalo sauce, these bites are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for game day or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add water and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and stir to coat completely.
  4. Arrange the battered cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil.
  7. Remove cauliflower from the oven, toss with the buffalo sauce mixture, and return to the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until crispy and browned.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
