Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is well combined and coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.
- Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables.
- Substitute half and half for heavy cream for a lighter option.
