Description

Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a creamy and comforting dish made with tender chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese tossed in a rich cream sauce. Perfect for a satisfying family dinner or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat.
  8. Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is well combined and coated in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables.
