Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds or pecans, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the cooked chicken and set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add the celery, red onion, grapes, and nuts to the chicken.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
