Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or crema

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over shrimp, then toss with chopped cilantro.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by adding shrimp, shredded cabbage, and diced tomatoes to each tortilla.
  6. Top with sour cream or crema and extra cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
