Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream or crema
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over shrimp, then toss with chopped cilantro.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by adding shrimp, shredded cabbage, and diced tomatoes to each tortilla.
- Top with sour cream or crema and extra cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
