Description

These Cranberry Brie Bites are a simple yet elegant appetizer, perfect for holiday gatherings. They combine creamy brie cheese, tart cranberry sauce, and buttery crescent dough in a bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) tube crescent dough
  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • Flour, for surface
  • 1 (8-oz.) wheel of brie
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 6 sprigs rosemary, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent dough and pinch seams together. Cut into 24 squares.
  3. Place squares into the mini muffin tin slots.
  4. Cut brie into small pieces and place inside the crescent dough squares.
  5. Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, a few chopped pecans, and a small sprig of rosemary.
  6. Bake until the crescent dough is golden and the brie is melted, about 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use puff pastry as an alternative to crescent dough.
  • These bites can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
  • Try substituting cranberry sauce with fig or raspberry preserves for a twist.
