Description

These Dr Pepper Brownies are rich, fudgy, and uniquely flavored with the sweet taste of soda. Made without eggs or dairy, they’re an easy and fun twist on classic brownies.


Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ⅔ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 ounces Dr. Pepper (1 can)
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour in the Dr Pepper and stir until well combined and smooth.
  4. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
