Description

These high-protein cheesecake stuffed strawberries are a healthy, no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries filled with a creamy Greek yogurt and cream cheese mixture for a sweet, satisfying treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (about 2 tbsp) vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the strawberries. Slice off the tops and carefully hollow out the centers using a small spoon or knife.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into each hollowed strawberry.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top if desired.
  6. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • Use a piping bag for a cleaner, bakery-style presentation.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • For a gluten-free option, omit graham cracker crumbs or use gluten-free crumbs.
