Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apples, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pecans, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
