Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apples, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pecans, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
