Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, olive oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
