Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchinis into fry-like strips.
- In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each zucchini strip into the egg, then coat it in the flour mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Use nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan for a dairy-free version.
