Description
This no-bake peanut butter pie is a creamy, dreamy dessert made with a graham cracker crust, rich peanut butter filling, and topped with whipped cream and peanut butter cups. It’s easy to prepare and perfect for any peanut butter lover.
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (like Cool Whip)
- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, mini peanut butter cups, melted peanut butter or chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. For best results, chill overnight.
- Top with additional whipped cream, mini peanut butter cups, or a drizzle of peanut butter or chocolate before serving, if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter, but ensure it’s well-stirred to avoid separation.
- You can freeze the pie for a firmer texture and longer storage.
- Decorate just before serving to keep toppings fresh.
- Try using an Oreo crust for a chocolatey variation.
