Description
These rich and fudgy Reese’s brownies are made with a boxed brownie mix and loaded with Reese’s peanut butter cups for the ultimate chocolate-peanut butter treat.
Ingredients
- 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box, typically oil, water, and eggs)
- 16 Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Place a single layer of Reese’s peanut butter cups (16 total) over the batter.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter over the top, covering the peanut butter cups.
- Sprinkle the Reese’s Pieces candy evenly over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Let the brownies cool completely for cleaner cuts.
- Use parchment paper for easy removal from the pan.
- You can use mini Reese’s if preferred, just adjust the amount.
