Description

These rich and fudgy Reese’s brownies are made with a boxed brownie mix and loaded with Reese’s peanut butter cups for the ultimate chocolate-peanut butter treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box, typically oil, water, and eggs)
  • 16 Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Place a single layer of Reese’s peanut butter cups (16 total) over the batter.
  5. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the top, covering the peanut butter cups.
  6. Sprinkle the Reese’s Pieces candy evenly over the top of the batter.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Let the brownies cool completely for cleaner cuts.
  • Use parchment paper for easy removal from the pan.
  • You can use mini Reese’s if preferred, just adjust the amount.
