Ingredients
- 1 steamed cauliflower
- 1 clove roasted garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons green onions
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fine Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower until very tender if not already prepared.
- Place the steamed cauliflower and roasted garlic into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- Transfer the puree to a bowl and mix in the shredded mozzarella, green onions, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and Himalayan salt.
- Stir until well combined and the cheese begins to melt into the warm cauliflower.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve warm.
