Ingredients

  • 1 steamed cauliflower
  • 1 clove roasted garlic
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fine Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower until very tender if not already prepared.
  2. Place the steamed cauliflower and roasted garlic into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
  3. Transfer the puree to a bowl and mix in the shredded mozzarella, green onions, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and Himalayan salt.
  4. Stir until well combined and the cheese begins to melt into the warm cauliflower.
