Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) Manwich Sloppy Joe Sauce
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions (if using) until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the Manwich sauce and cooked pasta. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
