Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (for cooking)
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional, for extra heat)
- Sliced green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 16-18 small meatballs.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using).
- Reduce heat to low and pour the sauce over the meatballs. Stir gently to coat the meatballs evenly with the sauce.
- Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- These meatballs can be made ahead and reheated with the sauce when ready to serve.
- Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
