Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 oz taco seasoning (1 packet)
- 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz spaghetti (broken in half)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: sour cream, green onions, jalapeños
Instructions
- In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
- Mix in the Rotel, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add the broken spaghetti noodles and reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt.
- Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, green onions, or jalapeños.
