Description

This no-bake Birthday Cake Lush Dessert is a layered treat with a cake batter-flavored cream cheese layer, vanilla pudding, Golden Oreos, whipped topping, and plenty of sprinkles. Perfect for parties and easy to make ahead.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14.3 oz) package Golden Oreos, crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp dry cake mix (white or funfetti)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups cold milk
  • Sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, dry cake mix, vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp milk. Mix until combined and creamy.
  3. Fold in half of the whipped topping until smooth. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and 1 3/4 cups cold milk until it thickens. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top the pudding layer with the remaining whipped topping and smooth out.
  6. Sprinkle generously with colorful sprinkles.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving for best results.
