Description
This no-bake Birthday Cake Lush Dessert is a layered treat with a cake batter-flavored cream cheese layer, vanilla pudding, Golden Oreos, whipped topping, and plenty of sprinkles. Perfect for parties and easy to make ahead.
Ingredients
- 1 (14.3 oz) package Golden Oreos, crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp dry cake mix (white or funfetti)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups cold milk
- Sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, dry cake mix, vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp milk. Mix until combined and creamy.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping until smooth. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and 1 3/4 cups cold milk until it thickens. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top the pudding layer with the remaining whipped topping and smooth out.
- Sprinkle generously with colorful sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving for best results.
