Description
A delicious fusion of cheeseburgers and quesadillas, these Blackstone Cheeseburger Quesadillas are filled with seasoned ground beef, melty cheddar cheese, tangy pickles, and a zesty special sauce – all grilled to crispy perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
- 4 Burrito Size Tortillas (10-inch tortillas)
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Pickles
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
- 2 Teaspoons White Vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat to approximately 400°F.
- Brown the ground beef on the grill until fully cooked and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- While the beef is cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, minced onion, and white vinegar in a bowl to make the special sauce.
- Lay tortillas flat on the grill to warm slightly.
- Spread special sauce on one half of each tortilla.
- Add cooked ground beef, chopped dill pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sauce.
- Fold each tortilla in half to cover the filling.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the grill, slice into quarters, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use pre-shredded cheese for quicker prep.
- Adjust special sauce ingredients to taste for a spicier or tangier version.
