Description

A delicious fusion of cheeseburgers and quesadillas, these Blackstone Cheeseburger Quesadillas are filled with seasoned ground beef, melty cheddar cheese, tangy pickles, and a zesty special sauce – all grilled to crispy perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 4 Burrito Size Tortillas (10-inch tortillas)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Pickles
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 2 Teaspoons White Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat to approximately 400°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef on the grill until fully cooked and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. While the beef is cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, minced pickles, minced onion, and white vinegar in a bowl to make the special sauce.
  4. Lay tortillas flat on the grill to warm slightly.
  5. Spread special sauce on one half of each tortilla.
  6. Add cooked ground beef, chopped dill pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sauce.
  7. Fold each tortilla in half to cover the filling.
  8. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
  9. Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the grill, slice into quarters, and serve warm.

  • Use pre-shredded cheese for quicker prep.
  • Adjust special sauce ingredients to taste for a spicier or tangier version.
